摘  要:在浙江龙泉杉木3代种子园中开展了杉木杂交试验(5×5,NCⅡ遗传设计),获得杂交组合25个,并在其基地上进行了杉木杂交组合容器育苗试验。结果表明:杉木杂交组合的苗高、基径、分枝数等3个性状在组合间存在极显著差异,且3个性状的母本×父本交互效应也达极显著差异,以及在苗高性状上父本间也达显著差异;苗高、基径、分枝数3个苗期性状均有较高的特殊配合力方差分量和中等以上广义遗传力。苗高和基径2个苗期生长性状的一般配合力效应值母本B46-3、B49-3和父本YW155、YW179为较高的正值。根据苗高生长量,采用比较法初选出5个苗期生长较快的杂交组合,其苗高和基径的平均值分别为32.48 cm和0.45 cm,其苗高和基径的平均值比CK1(杉木2代种子园混种)分别高出了28.63%和12.50%,比CK2(龙15)则分别高出了20.97%和9.76%。A cross test of 25 cross combinations( NC Ⅱ,5 × 5) was conducted in the three generation seed orchard of Chinese fir in forestry academy of Longquan City Zhejiang Province,and the container seedling test was carried out on this basis. The results showed that three traits of the seedling height( SH),base diameter( BD),branch number( BN) were very significantly different among the cross combinations. Their interactions of female × male were highly significant,too. And on SH there was significant difference in the males. The SCA variance components of SH,BD and BN were relatively high. Broad heritability of these 3 main seedling traits was middle. GCA effects of female( B46-3 and B49-3) and GCA effects of male( YW155 and YW179)of SH,and BD were of higher positive value. 5 fast-growing crossing combinations at the seedling stage were selected out by means of comparison method of seedling height. The average values of SH and BD were 32. 48 cm and 0. 45 cm,respectively. Their productions increased by 28. 63% and 12. 50% contrast to CK1,and they increased by 20. 97% and 9. 76% contrast to CK2,respectively.
