摘 要:以桔梗为试验材料,设置春播(3月17日)和秋播(10月20日)2个不同的播种时期,采用盆栽控水试验,研究春播、秋播桔梗在正常供水(土壤相对含水量75%-80%)、轻度干旱胁(土壤相对含水量60%-65%)、中度干旱胁迫(土壤相对含水量45%-50%)和重度干旱胁迫(土壤相对含水量30%-35%)处理下的光合作用参数和叶绿素荧光参数的变化,并对其相关性进行分析。结果表明:在干旱胁迫期间,气孔限制因素是引起桔梗Pn下降的主要原因。当干旱胁迫处理相同时,秋播桔梗的Pn、Gs、Ci、Tr、WUE、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo和q P均明显高于春播桔梗,表明秋播桔梗比春播桔梗具有更强的干旱适应性。Controlled experiments of Platycodon grandiflorus were conducted with two sowing times in spring( March 17th) and autumn( October 20th). In this study,Platycodon grandiflorus seedlings were grown in pots with varying levels of soil water content to evaluate the effects of drought on photosynthetic parameter and chlorophyll fluorescence parameter and analyze the correlations between them. Specifically,the seedlings were subjected to four water treatments: 75%- 80%( normal water supply),60%- 65%( light drought stress),45%- 50%( moderate drought stress) and 30%- 35%( severe drought stress) of the SRWC. The results showed that during drought stress,the stomatal limit was the main reason for the decline of Pn. Moreover,when subjected to the same levels of drought stress,the values of Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr,WUE,Fv/ Fm,Fv/ Foand q P were higher when sown in spring than in autumn,which indicated that the adaptability of the plant sown in autumn sowing to drought stress is greater than that of the plant sown in spring.
