甲氨蝶蛉联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果与安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲氨蝶蛉联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果和安全性。方法:2011年7月至2014年6月收治的32例异位妊娠患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组16例,对照组单独应用米非司酮治疗,观察组联合应用甲氨蝶蛉和米非司酮治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、血β-h CG恢复正常时间、包块消失时间和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为87.50%(14/16),明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者血β-h CG恢复正常时间和包块消失时间均明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为12.50%(2/16),明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶蛉联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠较单用米非司酮具有疗效好、治疗时间短、不良反应轻的优点,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effi cacy and security for treating ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate combined mifepristone. Methods： 32 ectopic pregnancy patients from 2011.7 to 2014.6 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 16 patients in each group. The patients in control group were only treated with mifepristone; Moreover, the patients in observation group were also treated with methotrexate. The clinical effi cacy, blood β-h CG recovery time, masses loss time and incidence of adverse reaction of 2 groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of observation group was 87.5%（14/16）, which was obviously higher than control group（P〈0.05）. The blood β-h CG recovery time and masses loss time of patients in observation group were signifi cantly shorter than control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction of observation group was 12.5%（2/16）, which was obviously lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Treating ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate combined mifepristone has the advantages of good curative effects, short cure time and mild adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
