摘  要:以Euro-NCAP全宽正面碰撞工况前排第五百分位女性假人安全性能为背景,以其防下潜性能为研究对象,重点研究分析前排第五百分位女性假人的防下潜性能。研究表明:前排座椅的防下潜性能通过座椅静压、座椅动态滑车试验和约束系统动态滑车能够逐级有效开发验证;双预紧安全带能够有效解决前排第五百分位女性假人下潜风险;通过仿真和试验相结合的方法,可以提高模型仿真逼真度,为后续约束系统兼容性匹配设计提供依据。There are more and more female drivers and passengers presently. How to protect the safety of female drivers and passengers effectively is a problem to be solved. The study in this paper is based on the safety of 5th% ile in Euro - NCAP full frontal impact test. This paper studied the anti - submarining performance of front row 5th% ile through seat quasi - static compress tests, seat sled tests and restraint system sled tests. The single -pretension and dual -pretension seatbehs are used in seat sled tests individually. We built and correlated the CAE models with Madymo to analysis the anti - submarining performance. The study shows that we can evaluate and develop anti - submarining per- formance of front row seat with seat quasi - static compress tests, seat sled tests and restraint system sled tests gradually. And the dual - pretension seatbelt can prevent the front row 5th% ile from subma- rining effectively. Combined simulation and tests, we can improve the CAE model accuracy and then lay a foundation for the following restraint system development.
