摘　　要：以异氰酸酯封端聚氨酯预聚物为主,配合触变剂、增塑剂、碳酸钙、钛白粉、炭黑、耐候性助剂,制备了一种高耐候性单组分聚氨酯密封胶。研究结果表明,钛白粉的种类、炭黑及耐候性助剂对聚氨酯密封胶的耐候性有显著影响。通过在配方中加入3份炭黑、0.8份耐候性助剂,聚氨酯密封胶的耐候性得到显著提高,在长期使用中无龟裂现象,不流黑水。A one-component polyurethane sealant with excellent weather resistance was prepared with isocyanate terminated polyurethane prepolymer as the basic material, thixotropic agent, plasticizer, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, carbon black and weather resistant additives. The results showed that the types of titanium dioxide, carbon black and weather resistance additives had significant effects on the weather resistance of polyurethane sealant. The weather resistance of the polyurethane sealant increased by adding 3 parts carbon black and 0.8 parts weather resistant additives. There was no crack and no blackwater flowing during using the polyurethane sealant for a long time.
