摘 要:丙烯酸丁酯(BA),甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HFMA)为主要单体,过硫酸钾KPS)为引发剂,十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)和烷基多苷为乳化剂,采用((APG)半连续种子乳液聚合工艺制备了含氟丙烯酸酯乳液。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、激光粒度仪对产品进行了表征,详细讨论了APG的用量对单体的转化率、乳液的平均粒径和稳定性的影响。结果显示,随着APG用量的增加,单体的转化率先增加后减小,粒径逐渐减小,离子稳定性越来越好。The fluorinated acrylic latex was prepared successfully by the semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization of butyl acrylate (BA), methyl methacrylate(MMA) and hexafluorobutyl methacrylate (HFMA) as the monomers and in water phase, which were initiated with potassium persulfate and emulsified with the mixed surfactants of sodium dodecyl sulfonate and alkyl polyglucosides (APG). The structure of the resultant latex was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIP,,) spectrum. The influences of APG amount on the properties of resultant latex and its film were investigated in detail. The results showed that the particle size was decreased with increasing the APG amount. However, the calcium ion stability of latex was increased with increasing the APG amount.
