摘 要:以相变石蜡为基材,膨胀珍珠岩为载体制备复合相变材料,再将复合相变材料与水泥和水混合模压制备储热水泥板。研究了不同含量RT28的RT28/EP-PCMs储热水泥板的表观密度、抗压强度、导热系数和节能效果。结果表明,随着RT28含量的增加,储热水泥板表观密度、抗压强度和导热系数增加,隔热效果得到改善。The phase-change composites (PCMs) were prepared using phase-change paraffin (RT28) as the phase-change matrix and the expanded perlite (EP) as supporting material, and the PCMs heat-storage cement plates were obtained by mixing and molding the PCMs, cement and water. The apparent density, compressive strength, thermal conductivity and energy saving effect of the heat-storage cement plates with different RT28 contents were studied. The results show that the apparent density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the heat-storage cement plates increase, and the heat insulation effect is improved with the increase of the RT28 content.
