摘 要:研究了常规冷却工艺和轧后控冷工艺对抗震钢筋强度、强屈比和断后伸长率的影响,并分析了轧后控冷工艺下钢筋的显微组织。结果表明,在强屈比、断后伸长率都满足抗震钢筋使用要求的前提下,通过控制冷却工艺得到的钢筋的性能更加稳定,且抗拉强度和屈服强度较常规工艺更大;通过控制冷却工艺得到的抗震钢筋的横截面心部组织为铁素体+珠光体,边部为索氏体。The effect of the conventional and controlled cooling process after rolling on the strength, yield ratio and elongation of seismic reinforcement was investigated, and the microstructures of the controlled-cooling reinforcement were also analyzed. The results show that the performances of the controlled-cooling reinforcement are more stable and tensile strength and yield strength are larger than those obtained by conventional process in meeting the requirements of use in the yield strength ratio and elongation. The cross-section microstructures of the controlled-cooling reinforcement in core are ferrite and pearlite, while that in edge is sorbite.
