“人”的回归与医学生职业价值观教育的优化——以人本主义教育观为视角

摘　　要：简述了人本主义及医学生职业价值观教育的内涵,从三个方面对医学生职业价值观教育中人本主义缺失进行了反思。在此基础上,提出优化医学生人本主义职业价值观教育的对策:运用目标导向,内化人本意识;通过人文实践,强化人本意识;运用体验式教学法,深化人本意识;打造网络信息平台,泛化人本意识。The content of medical students＇ professional values of the medical students doctrine were introduced briefly and the deficiency of humanism in the education in medical students was also discussed. On this basis,the author put forward to optimize medical strangers the vocational values education countermeasures,including： using goaldirected,internalization humanistic consciousness; through cultural practice,strengthen the humanistic consciousness; using the experience type teaching method,deepen humanistic consciousness; to build the network information platform,generalization humanistic consciousness.
