摘　　要：医院核心文化是医院文化长期沉淀、凝结的精华,它包括价值文化、管理文化和行为文化等内容,是医务人员的整体服务意识和行为规范的反映,是医院发展根本理念的体现,也是医患关系和谐发展的保障和重要组成部分。只有不断加强医院核心文化建设,树立核心文化理念,才能更好地改善医院管理,促进医患关系和谐。Hospital core culture is the long- term precipitation of hospital culture,is the historical heritage of hospital culture concept. It includes the value culture,management culture and behavior culture,and so on. It is the reflection of the overall medical staff service consciousness and action criterion,it is the embodiment of the basic concept of hospital development,and it is also the guarantee and an important part of the harmonious doctor- patient relationship. So only by constantly strengthening the construction of hospital core culture,set up the core culture concept,can better ＂redress benevolence heart,deepen medical reform＂.
