摘　　要：通过阐述我国医患纠纷的现状、新特点及对医学生的心理影响,从改革医学教育,构建和谐医患关系,减少对医学生的负面影响等方面出发给出如下建议:调整专业教育学习,加强医患沟通技巧,培养医学生伦理素养,重视医事法制教育与建设,加强医学生持续性职前教育,培养医学生的综合能力。The author expounds the status,new characteristics and the mental influence of medical students of medical disputes in our country,from reforming medical educational,building harmonious doctor-patient relationship and reducing the negative impact on medical students,there are following suggestions： adjust professional education,strengthen doctor-patient communication skills,cultivate ethics accomplishment of medical students,pay attention to medical education and the construction of legal system,strengthen the medical students＇ comprehensive ability and cultivate the students＇ comprehensive ability.
