体育专业大学生创业意愿及影响因素调查研究——以安徽省为例

摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展以及高校招生规模的不断扩大,体育专业大学生的就业形势愈发严峻,创业无疑已经成为体育专业大学生未来就业的重要途径之一.以安徽省各大高校体育专业大学生为研究对象,针对体育专业大学生的创业意愿及影响因素展开调查研究,并提出相应对策:1)加强体育专业大学生的创业意愿教育;2)引导体育专业大学生在校进行创业实践;3)积极有效地制定大学生创业鼓励政策.With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing college enrollment,it is more and more difficult for college students majoring in PE to find a job.Therefore,starting their own business becomes one of the important approaches for them.This paper takes the PE majors of Anhui Province as studying objects and surveys their intention and influencing factors of starting business.Some approaches to deal with the difficulty are given：strengthening the education of starting business;guiding PE majors in practice starting business at school;formulating effective encouraging policies for starting business.
