我国高校艺术体操队教练师资现状分析

摘　　要：通过对参加CSARA2013年中国大学生艺术体操锦标赛的大学高水平运动队组、大学普通院校组(含大专)和大学体育院校组三个组别艺术体操队教练员年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构等基本情况及教练员管理方面进行调查和统计分析,发现当前中国高校艺术体操教练师资力量普遍存在的问题是各院校的重视和支持不足因而不利于系统性常规训练的开展,艺术体操赛事太少因而实战机会少;呼吁各校给予更多支持的同时管理方多组织赛事,让各校艺术体操教练能够组织系统性常规训练并有机会通过多参赛得到在实战中成长。Through analyses of artistic gymnastics coaches from three different groups （high-level sports team, college group, and university sports college group） participating in the CSARA 2013 from perspectives of age, education, academic titles, etc., it is found that the predominant problems existing in the teaching staff of college artistic gymnastics in China is insufficient support from the college administrations and limited available sports games. Schools are to be called on to give more support and to manage more sports events, so that coaches of artistic gymnastics can organize system routine training and have more chances to improve in actual sports games.
