摘 要:以‘2025’杨树根为供体,以板蓝根、桔梗、知母、小麦和白菜5种植物为受体,研究不同浓度杨树根浸提液对几种植物种子的萌发及其幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:高浓度‘2025’杨树根浸提液对受体植物的种子发芽率、发芽指数,幼苗苗高、根长及幼苗鲜质量多有抑制作用,较低浓度根浸提液在一定程度上会促进种子萌发和幼苗生长。当根浸提液质量浓度分别大于5,10和30 mg/m L时,知母、板蓝根和小麦种子萌发受到了显著抑制;质量浓度为0,5和20 mg/m L时,桔梗、知母和白菜幼苗苗高最高。除知母根生长不受浸提液浓度的影响外,低浓度会促进其他4种植物根生长,高浓度会抑制根生长。质量浓度大于1 mg/m L时,会显著抑制桔梗幼苗鲜质量增加;大于10mg/m L时,知母、小麦和板蓝根幼苗鲜质量也会受到抑制。An experiment was carried out to explore effects of poplar ' 2025 ' root extracted solutions on seed germination and seedling growth of 5 plants (isatis root, balloon flower, anemarrhena rhizome, wheat and cabbage ). The results showed that the effects of inhibition and promotion was related to the concentration of water extracted solutions. The action strength increased with relatively low concentration and decreased with relatively high concentration of water extracted solutions. When concentration of poplar '2025 ' root' s extracted solution was over 0,5 mg/mL and 20 mg/mL respectively, the seed germination rates of isatis root, anemarrhena rhizome and wheat were significantly inhibited. The seedling length of balloon flower, anemarrhena rhizome and cabbage were the longest when the concentration of extracted solution was 0,5 mg/mL and 20 mg/mL respectively. If the concentration of extracted solution was over 1 mg/mL, fresh weight of 4 plants ( except anemarrhenae rhizoma) decreased. While the extracted solution with concentration over 10 mg/mL exerted an adverse impact on fresh weight of anemarrhena rhizome, wheat and balloon flower.
