摘  要:石果红山茶和长尾毛蕊茶具有良好的观赏性,尚未人工引种。以两种山茶的野生植株为研究对象,开展扦插育苗的研究。结果表明:生根剂种类对两种山茶的生根影响差异显著,在石果红山茶扦插育苗时,可采用900mg/L IBA处理60 s,生根率可达82%;长尾毛蕊茶则采用300 mg/L IBA处理120 s、900 mg/L IBA处理60 s或300mg/L NAA处理60 s,生根率可达84%。两种山茶的枝叶花果均具有观赏性,应用形式多样,可进一步研究并在园林中推广应用。Camellia lapidea and C. caudata occupy the great ornamental value and still are not domesticated. The two Ca- mellia species were studied in the paper to study cutting breeding with wildness resource. It was found that rooting agents affected the rooting significantly for the two Camellia species. C. lapidea could get good new root system after treated with 900 mg/L ABT for 120 s,and the rooting rate was up to 82%. For C. caudata,the best treatment was 300 mg/L IBA for 120 s,900 mg/L IBA for 60 s or 300 mg/L NAA for 60 s,and the rooting rate was up to 84%. The two species are attractive with branch, leaf, flower and fruit, could be applied in different ways. They should be studied further and promoted application in landscape architecture.
