摘 要:对月光银桦组织培养技术进行了研究,筛选出了适合的诱导培养基为1/2 MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+GA31.0 mg/L,诱导率达71%;较适合的增殖培养基为1/2 MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L,增殖系数达3.25;较适合的生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L,生根率达92.3%。移栽基质为泥炭土+珍珠岩(V泥炭土:V珍珠岩=3∶1),移栽成活率可达85%以上。The tissue culture techniques for G. moonlight were studied. The results showed that the suitable induction medium was 1/2 MS +6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + GA3 1.0 mg/L,induction rate was 71%. The suitable proliferation medium was 1/2 MS +6-BA 0.1 mg/L +0.01 mg/L NAA,the multiplication coefficient was 3.25 roughly. The suitable rooting medium was 1/2 MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L +0.5 mg/L NAA,rooting rate was 92.3%. The transplanting substrate was peat and perlite ( Vpeat : Vperlite = 3: 1 ), transplanting survival rate conld reach more than 85 %.
