摘 要:低温是影响植物生长发育及其地理分布的重要环境限制因素之一,研究植物越冬防寒技术及其生理机制,具有重要的理论和实际意义。测定了对照(无保护措施)、覆草、防风障、塑料大棚等不同越冬保护措施下东京野茉莉苗木受冻害情况以及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、淀粉和丙二醛(MDA)含量的差异。结果表明:东京野茉莉苗木具有一定的抗寒能力,在试验地区苗木存活率100%,但不同措施下苗木的受害情况不同,防风障能减少冻害的发生。可溶性糖含量以防风障保护措施下最高,为58.56 mg/g;可溶性蛋白含量以大棚覆盖措施下最高,为2.121 mg/g;脯氨酸含量以无保护措施下为最高,为0.403 mg/g;淀粉含量以大棚覆盖措施下最高,为65.98 mg/g;MDA含量以覆草措施下最低,为0.019 6 mg/g。总体来看,防风障是最好、最经济的东京野茉莉苗木越冬保护措施。Low temperature is one of the important environment limitations that affects plant growth, development and geographical distributions. Studies on the measurements for preventing plants from cold injuries and the mechanisms of cold resistance have an important theoretical and practical significance. The contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, profine, starch and MDA of Styrax tonkinensis seedlings under different protecting measurements were determined. The results showed that the seedlings of S. tonkinensis were capable of tolerating low temperature stress. The survival rate was 100%. The soluble sugar content of seedlings under protection of windbreak was the highest,it was 58.56 mg/g. The highest soluble protein content occurred when seedlings were protected in high tunnel(2. 121 rag/g). The proline content was the highest when seedlings were not protected(0. 403 mg/g). The seedlings had the highest starch content under protection of high tunnel(65.98 rag/g). The lowest MDA content happened when seedlings were covered by straw(0. 019 6 rag/g). In general ,windbreak was the best measurement for overwintering of S. tonkinensis seedlings.
