摘  要:针对当前大型电站锅炉风量测量装置测点布置不合理、常规风量装置标定方法人工读数不足等问题,笔者根据锅炉风量标定原理设计了基于LabVIEW的实时在线风量标定系统,阐述了该系统构成和软件模块功能,并在某电厂进行了风量标定试验。试验结果表明,基于LabVIEW的实时在线风量标定系统解决了风量测量装置常规标定方法不足的问题,提高了试验精确度。Aiming at the problems in large-scale power station,such as unreasonable layout of measurement point of boiler air flow measurement device and insufficient manual reading of conventional air flow calibration,the author designed the real-time online air flow calibration device based on Lab VIEW according to the principle of boiler air flow calibration,expounded the system structure and software modular functions,and made the test on air flow calibration in a power plant. The result of the test shows that the real-time online air flow calibration device based on Lab VIEW overcomes the deficiency of the conventional calibration method and enhances the test accuracy.
