摘 要:为了精确测量爱泼斯坦方圈有效磁路长度,笔者基于3种不同尺寸的爱泼斯坦方圈,提出了一种能够准确确定爱泼斯坦方圈有效磁路长度的二级加权处理方法,消除了爱泼斯坦方圈所测电工钢试样中不均匀区域的损耗,得到了与样件均匀区域相关的有效磁路长度,并用该方法分析了不同频率、不同环境温度对爱泼斯坦方圈有效磁路长度以及损耗特性的影响。研究结果表明,二级加权处理法能够准确测定电工钢的比总损耗,得到的材料性能数据有助于提高大型电工装备电磁场的仿真计算精度。In order to accurately measure the availability magnetic path length of Epstein frame,the author,based on 3 different sizes of Epstein frame,proposed the two weighted treatment. It is the method which eliminates the uneven local loss in the tested sample of electrical steel and obtains the availability magnetic path length related to the even area of the sample. The method can be used to analyze the influence of different frequency and environment temperature on the availability path length and loss characteristics of Epstein frame. The study shows that two weighted method is able to accurately measure the total loss of electrical steel and the data of material properties which are helpful to enhance the accuracy of simulation calculation for large-scale magnetic field with electrical equipment.
