危北海治疗脾胃病的治法特色

摘　　要：从四个方面介绍危北海教授治疗脾胃病的治法特色。1)益脾胃重气阴同补,兼以益肾,脾、胃、肾同治,补肾阳以助脾,滋肾阴以养胃。2)调升降为脾胃病治疗之要,升脾气以助运化,降胃气以纳水谷,则脾胃病自愈;调升降还须和肝,肝、脾、胃同调,和肝以清肝疏肝为主。3)化瘀血提高脾胃病疗效,化瘀配伍行气、清热、温阳、益气等治法,能更快促进脾胃病痊愈。4)降阴火截断脾胃病病机之变,阴火源于脾胃虚损,可延及五脏,虚实转化,故而降阴火可存元气,截断病机变化,标本兼治。This paper introduces the characteristics of therapeutic method by Prof. WEI Beihai in treating spleen and stomach diseases from four aspects. 1） Prof. WEI emphasizes invigorating Qi and Yin when invigorating spleen and stomach,combined with invigorating kidney. The spleen,stomach and kidney are treated at the same time. kidney Yang is invigorated to enhance spleen; and kidney Yin is invigorated to nourish stomach. 2） Prof. WEI holds that the key to treat spleen and stomach diseases is regulating ascending-descending. Spleen Qi ascends to promote digestion; stomach Qi descends to receive food,then spleen and stomach diseases get self-recovery. Besides,harmonizing liver is necessary. Regulating ascending-descending should be conducted with regulate liver,spleen and stomach at the same time. Harmonizing liver mainly contains clearing and soothing liver. 3） Removing blood stasis could improve the effect in treating spleen and stomach diseases. Combined with promoting Qi,clearing heat,warming Yang,invigorating Qi and other methods,spleen and stomach diseases recovery could be promoted. 4） Descending Yin fire could cut off the deterioration of spleen and stomach diseases in pathogenesis. Yin fire,as a result of deficiency of spleen and stomach,could get five-Zang viscera involved and lead to asthenia and sthenia transformation. Thus descending Yin fire could protect primordial Qi and to cut off pathogenesis change,then causes and symptoms are both treated.
