摘　　要：基于辨体-辨病-辨证三维诊疗模式,分析了支气管哮喘8种常见的体质类型及其相对应的临床表型、病机特点、证候表现及治法方药等。支气管哮喘的三维辨识模式能够更加客观、全面地反映疾病的实质特征及临床全貌,为支气管哮喘的防治和临床疗效的提高提供行之有效的干预措施及管理方案。Based on the three-dimensional diagnosis and treatment pattern of habitus-disease-syndrome differentiation,this article analyzes eight kinds of common habitus types and their corresponding clinical phenotype,characteristics of pathogenesis,syndrome,treatment,and prescription of bronchial asthma. Three-dimensional identification pattern of bronchial asthma can more objectively and comprehensively reflect the essence and clinical panorama of the disease,and provide effective intervention measure and management plan for preventing bronchial asthma and improving its clinical effect.
