益肾活血方对弱精子症模型大鼠精子质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益肾活血方对弱精症模型大鼠精子质量的影响。方法 50只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和中药高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。除正常组外其余各组大鼠灌服雷公藤多苷片20 mg/(kg·d)连续5周建立弱精子症模型。造模成功后中药高、中、低剂量组分别给予益肾活血方15、10、5 g/(kg·d)灌胃,共5周,正常组和模型组普通饲养。末次给药后取大鼠双侧睾丸称重、测量体积,双侧附睾称重,检测精子密度、精子活率及精子活力。结果各组大鼠精子密度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠精子活率和A级、B级、A级+B级精子均明显降低(P<0.05)。中药低、中、高剂量组大鼠精子活率、B级、A级+B级精子较模型组明显升高(P<0.05)。中药低、中、高剂量组大鼠两侧睾丸重量、体积及附睾重量与模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肾活血方可提高弱精子症大鼠精子活力及精子活率,但不能改善精子密度,并对睾丸重量、体积及附睾组织的重量无影响。Objective To observe the impact of Yishen Huoxue Fang on sperm quality of model rats with asthenospermia. Methods Fifty rats were randomized into normal group,model group and Chinese medicine high,middle and low dose groups,with 10 rats in each group. Rats were given 20 mg /（ kg·d） of tripterygium wilfordii hook tablets by gavage for 5 weeks to establish asthenospermia models except rats in normal group. After modeling successfully,Chinese medicine high,middle and low dose groups were given 15,10,or 5 g /（ kg · d） of Yishen Huoxue Fang by gavage for 5 weeks,respectively. Normal and model groups were fed normally. After the last administration,bilateral testis of rats were taken,weight and volume of bilateral testis,as well as weight of bilateral epididymides were measured,and density,viability and motility of sperm were detected. Results There is no significant difference in sperm density between all groups（ P〉0. 05）. Compared with in normal group,sperm viability and sperm of A grade,B grade and（ A ＋ B） grade decreased markedly in model group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with in model group,sperm viability and sperm of B grade and（ A ＋ B） grade increased significantly in Chinese medicine low,middle and high dose groups（ P〉0. 05）. There were no significant differences in weight and volume of bilateral testis,as well as epididymides weight between model group and Chinese medicine low,middle and high dose groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yishen Huoxue Fang could improve sperm viability and motility,but could not improve sperm density of rats with asthenospermia,and it has little effect on testical weight,testical volume and epididymides weight.
