摘　　要：前瞻性研究显示亚临床甲状腺功能减退症与冠心病、心力衰竭及心血管病死亡的风险增加有关,特别是对于促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平高于10.0mIU/L的患者。目前国内外争论的关键问题是亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者是否应进行干预治疗。本文综述亚临床甲状腺功能减退症与心血管病的风险及临床处理最新进展。Prospective studies have shown that subclinical hypothyroidism is associated with an increased risk of coronary heart disease,heart failure and the mortality of cardiovascular disease,especially for patients with the level of thyroid-stimulating hormone（TSH）above 10 mIU/L.Nowadays,the current debates around the world mainly focus on whether patients with subclinical hypothyroidism should be treated with intervention.This article reviews the latest progresses in the clinical treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism and the risk of cardiovascular disease.
