20～59岁健康人群心脏泵血功能特征研究

摘　　要：超声心动图技术是临床评估心脏结构和功能的最重要的影像技术,心腔的测量和左心室功能的测定是超声心动图检查的重要组成部分。二维超声心动图的左室长轴切面常作为标准切面进行M型超声扫描,是心腔定量测量和左心室（LV）收缩功能测定的主要方法。因此,本研究采用超声心动技术从左室长轴切面观对20~59岁健康人群心脏的结构、腔径进行测量,并对心脏泵血功能进行评价,为科学健身提供一定参考。Using echocardiography,the characteristics of cardiac function on 20~59 years old healthy population were studied,in order to provide certain reference for scientific fitness.The 581 subjects were randomly selected into four age groups,20~29 years,30~39 years,40~49 years and 50~59 years.When being quiet,the index of cardiac structure and function of them were tested and analyzed using cardiac ultrasound.We found：（1）The indexes of SV and CO were lower in women than men in the same age stage.（2）EF in men aged 20~29 years and 50~59 years were lower than in women;（3）HR in women aged 20~29 years was higher than in men.And HR in men aged 20~29 years was lower than in aged 30~9 years.
