血清神经素水平与糖尿病外周神经病变相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清神经素水平与糖尿病外周神经病变的相关性。方法 ELISA法检测糖尿病外周神经病变(A)组39例、糖尿病无神经病变(B)组37例及正常健康对照(C)组15例的血清神经素水平,分析与糖尿病外周神经病变的相关因素。结果 A、B组血清神经素水平均高于C组[(93.58±34.01)pg/ml、(76.37±36.84)pg/ml vs.(52.15±32.42)pg/ml](P<0.01、P<0.05),A组血清神经素水平高于B组(P<0.05)。血清神经素水平是影响糖尿病外周神经病变的独立相关因素(P<0.05)。结论血清神经素水平变化与糖尿病外周神经病变密切相关,可能作为后者的生物学指标。Objective To explore the correlation of serum neuritin level and diabetes mellitus（DM）with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Serum neuritin was detected by ELISA in DM patients with peripheral neuropathy（group A,39cases）,DM patients without peripheral neuropathy（group B,37cases）and healthy controls（group C,15cases）.The factors related with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were analyzed.Results Serum levels of neuritin in groups of A and B were higher than those in group C[（93.58±34.01）pg/ml and（76.37±36.84）pg/ml vs.（52.15±32.42）pg/ml]（P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）,which were higher in group A than those in group B（P〈0.05）.Serum level of neuritin was an independent factor related to diabetic peripheral neuropathy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum neuritin level can be as a potential biomarker closely associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
