摘  要:目的:研究乳酸左氧氟沙星p H/温度双敏型眼用即型凝胶剂的制备及其含量测定的方法。方法:以泊洛沙姆407和卡波姆940为基质,制作p H/温度双敏型眼用即型凝胶;采用高效液相色谱法测定药物含量。结果:该眼用即型凝胶剂基质最佳组成为0.4%卡波姆940和16%的泊洛沙姆407;乳酸左氧氟沙星在0.010 4~0.093 6 mg·ml-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系,精密度良好,平均回收率为99.21%。结论:乳酸左氧氟沙星双敏型眼用即型凝胶工艺简单,含量测定方法可行。OBJECTIVE To prepare and assay lavofloxacin lactate in situ forming eye gel with p H sensitiveness temperature sensitiveness. METHODS Poloxamer 407 and carbomer 940 were used as materials for eye ge1. HPLC method was established to determine drug content in the gel. RESULTS 16% poloxmar 407 and 0. 4% carbomer 940 were suitable to lavofloxacin lactate in situ forming eye gel. Linear relationship of lavofloxacin lactate was good in concentration range of 0. 010 4- 0. 093 6 mg·ml- 1,precision was well and average recovery was 99. 21%. CONCLUSION The technology of preparation is easy and method of assaying is feasible.
