鱼腥草栓抗大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的药效学

摘　　要：目的:探讨鱼腥草栓对非细菌性前列腺炎的治疗作用,并初步评价其药效,为临床用药方案提供依据。方法:将受试动物随机分为空白对照组、阴性对照组、阳性对照组、鱼腥草栓低、中、高、极高剂量给药组,建立大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎模型考察鱼腥草栓对病变前列腺组织的前列腺指数和炎性细胞浸润的影响,建立小鼠扭体模型考察鱼腥草栓的镇痛效果。结果:鱼腥草栓极高剂量组和阳性对照组能明显抑制大鼠前列腺指数及前列腺组织内白细胞数,与阴性对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);鱼腥草栓极高剂量组和阳性对照组对大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎模型的病理组织改变有明显的改善作用,与阴性对照组比较,2组的前列腺组织病变计分均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。鱼腥草栓极高剂量组的上述三项指标与阳性对照组均无显著性差异。鱼腥草栓低、中、高、极高剂量组对醋酸所致的小鼠疼痛均有明显的镇痛作用,且与阳性对照组无差异。结论:鱼腥草栓具有显著的抗炎,镇痛作用,可用于非细菌性前列腺炎的治疗。OBJECTIVE To explore therapeutic effects of houttuyniae herba suppository against nonbacterial prostatitis and to evaluate its primarily effectiveness,and a basis for clinical administration. METHODS Animals were divided randomly into seven groups： blank control group,negative control group,positive control group,low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group and large dose group. Models of non-bacterial prostatitis were adopted to study the improvement of prostate exponent and inflammatory cell infiltrates in diseased prostate tissues and pain models of writhing method were adopted to study analgesic effects of houttuyniae herba suppository,respectively. RESULTS Compared with negative control group,large dose group and positive control group could significantly inhibit prostate exponent and leucocyte counts（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）,and had significant improving effects on pathological tissues of nonbacterial prostatitis model（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. In large dose group,the above three indicators had no significant differences compared to positive control group. Houttuyniae herba suppository of low,medium,high,large doses exhibited analgesic effects on pain induced by acetic acid,but without significant differences compared with positive control group. CONCLUSION Houttuyniae herba suppository has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,and effects against nonbacterial prostatitis.
