摘　　要：目的:建立静脉用药调配中心洁净室环境动态监测方法。方法:应用营养琼脂培养皿、空气浮游菌采样器及尘埃粒子检测仪对洁净室物体表面微生物、空气浮游菌及悬浮粒子进行动态监测。结果:通过对洁净环境的动态监测并进行评估,指导操作人员规范操作,保证静脉药物调配环境符合要求。结论:该方法可操作性强、结果可靠,可用于静脉用药调配中心洁净环境的动态监测。OBJECTIVE To establish a dynamic method for monitoring the environment in clean room in pharmacy intravenous admixture services（ PIVAS）. METHODS Surface microbes,air planktonic bacteria and suspended particulates were dynamically monitored in clean room by applying nutrient agar plates,air planktonic bacteria sampler and dust particles dictator. RESULTS Standard operation for dynamic monitoring and evaluating environment in clean room provided a compliant environment for intravenous admixture services. CONCLUSION The method is feasible and reliable,can be used for dynamic monitoring of clean environment in PIVAS.
