摘　　要：近年来角膜移植术后干眼的发病受到越来越多的关注,为提高对角膜移植术后干眼的认识,本文从角膜移植术后干眼的临床表现、病理生理学研究、术后泪膜的改变、临床治疗等方面将近年来角膜移植术后干眼的研究进展进行综述。In recent years,the incidence of dry eye after keratoplasty has been at- tracted more and more attention. The clinical manifestation, pathophysiology, changes of tear film and treatment options after keratoplasty will be reviewed here to improve the understanding of dry eye after keratoplasty and improve the treatment.
