摘 要:建筑石膏是石膏基自流平砂浆的主要胶凝材料,减水剂和可再分散乳胶粉是石膏基自流平砂浆的关键添加剂。研究了减水剂和可再分散乳胶粉对厚层石膏基自流平砂浆流动度和强度的影响。结果表明,减水剂对石膏基自流平砂浆的流动度影响较大,可再分散乳胶粉的掺入可显著提高石膏基自流平砂浆的绝干强度和粘结强度。通过上述研究,得到最佳的厚层石膏基自流平砂浆配比,并测试该配比下厚层石膏基自流平砂浆物理力学性能。Abstract:Building plaster is the main cementing material of gypsum-based self-leveling materials,water reducing agent and re-dispersible latex powder are the key additive of gypsum-based self-leveling materials. Tested the influence of different water re- ducing agent on the fluidity and strength of the thick layer gypsum based self-leveling mortar. Also research the influence of the re-dispersible latex powder on the fluidity and strength of the thick gypsum based self-leveling mortar. The test shows that the water reducing agent has a great influence on the fluidity of gypsum based self-leveling mortar. Re-dispersible latex powder can significantly increase the dry strength and bond strength of gypsum based self -leveling mortar. Through the above research,the optimum proportion of the thick-layer gypsum based self-leveling mortar is formed,and the physical and mechanical properties of the thick-layer gypsum based self-leveling mortar are obtained.
