高触变浅植水泥基锚固胶性能研究

摘  要:优选4种触变剂改善水泥基锚固胶工艺性能,通过改变胶材比例、掺加胶粉和改性剂B制备了一种高触变性浅植水泥基锚固胶。研究了不同触变剂对水泥基锚固胶触变指数、下垂流度和凝结时间的影响;对比有机锚固胶的拉拔性能,探讨了水泥基无机锚固胶的浅植锚固技术以及后期稳定性。结果表明:掺加0.025%的触变剂A,显著提高了无机锚固胶触变性能;通过优选胶材比例、掺加0.5%胶粉和1%改性剂B,制备了一种下垂流度仅为0.8 mm、抗压强度为64 MPa、拉拔强度高达16.8 MPa的浅植筋无机锚固胶。Four kinds of cement-based adhesive thixotropic agents were chosen to improve process performance,and a high thixotropic cement-based adhesive was prepared by changing the proportion of plastic material,mixing the re-dispersible latex pow- der and modifying agent B. The effects of different thixotropic agents for cement-based adhesive on thixotropy index, sagging fluidi- ty and setting time were studied. The drawing performance and post stable performance were explored by contrasting the organic anchor adhesive anchor. The results showed that: adding 0.025% of thixotropic agents A, significantly improves the thixotropiy of in- organic adhesive. Changing the proportion of plastic material,adding 0.5% re-dispersible latex powder and 1% modifying agent B, an inorganic adhesive was prepared,which sagging fluidity is only 0.8 mm, compressive strength is 64 MPa and drawing performance is 16.8 MPa.
