摘　　要：目的:调查天津市滨海新区塘沽的社区卫生服务机构慢性病管理的相关工作量,探索社区卫生服务机构慢性病管理相关工作量测算方法。方法:以自行设计问卷形式对天津市滨海新区塘沽全部10家社区卫生服务中心进行调查,调查内容包括:各中心对糖尿病、高血压和脑卒中三种慢性病的全年工作份数及各工作单元的单位工作时间。以慢性病管理工作总时间进行工作量测算。结果:10家中心2013年全年慢性病管理总人数为38,939人,其中高血压管理28,097人,糖尿病管理9,194人,脑卒中管理1,648人。全年慢性病管理工作总量约合17,497天,高血压、糖尿病、脑卒中的管理工作总量分别约合12,155天、4,782天和560天。根据各工作单元单位工作总时间,得出三种慢性病管理相关工作量的计算公式。结论:慢性病管理相关工作量估算公式具有较强的实践性,对社区卫生服务中心及科室进行绩效考核或人力资源规划具有参考意义。Objective To Investigate the workload of chronic disease management activities,and explore a way to measure the workload of chronic disease management activities in community health service institutions. Methods A total of 10 community health service institutions were selected to investigate the chronic disease management activities during 2013 by questionnaires ,including the number of copies and unit work time of diabetes, hypertension and stroke management activities. The workload was measured with total work time. Results The total number of persons was 38,939 in the 10 institutions for chronic disease management in 2013. The total work time was 17,497 days, for each management activity, total work time was 12,155,4,782, and 560 days for diabetes, hypertension and stroke management activities respectively. The total workload measurements for chronic disease management activities could be measured by total time of work unit. Conclusion The formulas introduced in this article was sample and applicable for measuring the workload of chronic disease management and useful for community health service institutions with respect to performance appraisal and human resource allocation.
