摘 要:通过对长裙竹荪(Dictyophora indusiata)栽培中的开伞、放裙、干燥等环节设置不同的处理试验。结果表明:将生长至七八分成熟的竹荪菌蛋移植至人工气候棚继续生长,对竹荪后期开伞非常有利,开伞完整率最高达90%;放裙后去菌盖法栽培竹荪,在一定程度上保证了放裙的时间,放裙完整率高,受孢子液的影响较小;排风扇+烘箱烘干法既达到了很好的干燥效果,且保证了子实体的品质。Tests were designed in the course of expansion of fruiting body, spreading skirt and drying after harvesting to study the key techniques uesd in Dictyophora indusiata cultivation. The results showed that greenhouse cultivation was very favorable for the expansion of fruiting body in late stage, and the intact rate of expansion got to 90%. The cultivation method by removing pileus after spreading skirt provides enough time for spreading skirt, which guarantee the intact rate of spreading skirt and re- duce the effects of spore liqiud. Drying fruiting body by using ventilator and oven is a very useful method not only for the drying effects, but also for the high quality of fruiting body.
