硒胁迫对黄绿蜜环菌菌丝生长的影响及对中华羊茅的化感作用

摘  要:通过液体和固体培养方式研究硒对黄绿蜜环菌(Armillaria luteo-virens)生长的影响及其发酵液对中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)种子萌发特性的化感作用。结果表明:与无硒培养基相比,浓度为1.0mmol·L^-1-8.0mmol·L^-1亚硒酸钠对菌落直径和菌丝体生物量具有显著抑制作用(P〈0.05)。黄绿蜜环菌富硒发酵液对中华羊茅幼苗生长指标的化感作用表现在稀释倍数越小,抑制作用越大;对幼苗不同生长指标的抑制作用由高至低依次为根长、苗长、苗鲜重、根鲜重;各生长指标之间存在显著的正相关性。The effects of selenium on the mycelial growth of Armillaria luteo-virens when the strain grew in solid and liquid media, and allelopathy of fermentation broth of the strain on Festuca sinensis seed germination were studied. The results showed that Na2Se203 (1.0 mmol·L^-1~8.0 mmol·L^-1) could inhibit significantly mycelial diameter and biomass (P〈0.05) compared with the control cultures. Effects of the Se-enriched fermentation of A. luteo-virens on F. sinensis seedling growth demonstrated that growth inhibitions increased as the concentration of the Se-enriched fermentation increased, and inhibitory of different growth criteria was root length〉seedling length〉seedling fresh weigh〉root fresh weigh. There were significant positive correlation among different growth criteria (P〈0.01).
