摘 要:目的比较不同评价方法对艾滋病防治人员随访管理能力评价的差异和一致性,为艾滋病防治人员工作能力的评价提供方法依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对河南省5个艾滋病防治示范县/市从事艾滋病随访管理工作的139名人员进行调查,分别采用客观评价法、综合评分法、自评价法对调查对象的随访管理能力进行评价,通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线比较不同评价方法的鉴别能力。结果采用客观评价法、综合评分法、自评价法所得艾滋病防治人员随访管理能力的得分分别为(27.78±5.49)分、(5.25±2.44)分和(27.12±3.30)分,综合评分法和自评价法与客观评价法的关联系数分别为0.804和0.662。以客观评价法为参照标准,绘制ROC曲线,综合评分法和自评价法的曲线下面积分别为0.899(95%CI=0.837-0.944)和0.830(95%CI=0.757-0.888),一致率分别为86.33%和77.70%,Kappa值分别为0.771和0.620。结论综合评分法和自评价法具有与客观评价法相似的鉴别效能,在实际工作中均有较好的应用价值。Objective The aim of this study was to compare the difference and the agreement of three evaluation methods on the follow-up management capability of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Henan province. Methods Based on stratified random sampling, the data were collected by questionnaire among the staffs working on AIDS prevention and control in the village, countryside and county of Jiyuan, Yongcheng, Shenqiu, Shangcai, Queshan of Henan province. The ROC curve was used to determine the identification performance. And the areas under ROC curve and the Kappa statistics were utilized to compare the difference and the agreement of different methods. Results The average scores of objective assessment, comprehensive score methods and self-evaluation were 27.78 ± 5.49, 5.25 ± 2.44 and 27.12 ± 3.30, respectively. The areas under ROC curve were 0.899 (95%CI=0.837-0.944) for comprehensive quality score method and 0.830 (95% CI=0.757-0.888) for self-evaluation method and objective assessment method was used as the reference. The consistency rates were 86.33% and 77.70%, respectively. The Kappa indices were 0.771 and 0.620, respectively. Conclusion Objective assessment, comprehensive quality score and self-evaluation method had similar identification and evaluation performance, which suggested that three methods had good application and popularization value to evaluate the follow-up management capacity among HIV/AIDS prevention and control personnel.
