摘　　要：目的探究地塞米松联合按摩治疗面部神经炎的临床价值。方法选取我院收治的86例面部神经炎患者进行试验研究,将所有患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者采取地塞米松治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合康复按摩,对比两组患者治疗效果及患者满意度。结果两组患者治疗总有效率及满意率对比,研究组均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论面部神经炎患者应用地塞米松治疗联合按摩康复治疗临床效果显著,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore clinical value of dexamethasone combined with massage for treatment of facial neuritis. Methods 86 cases of facial neuritis of Children our hospital were collected and be divided into control group and research group.The control group of children treated with dexamethasone while the research group was trested with dexamethasone combined massage.The treatment effects in two groups were collected and compared. Results The total effective rate and satisfaction rate in two groups of children were compared. The data of research group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Facial neuritis with dexamethasone treatment combined with massage and rehabilitation treatment has a significant clinical effect, high patient satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical application.
