摘　　要：目的探讨龙血竭外用于白血病化疗后骨髓抑制期肛周溃疡的疗效观察。方法将60例病例随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,观察组用无菌生理盐水清洗干净患处,取龙血竭涂于患处,每日3次;对照组用高锰酸钾坐浴,复方角莱酸酯栓塞肛,比较2组治疗效果及愈合时间。结果观察组平均7d愈合,对照组需12d,两组肛周粘膜在红肿,疼痛,渗出等方面比较有统计学意义。结论龙血竭治疗化疗后骨髓抑制期肛周溃疡能有效减轻局部红肿、疼痛,促进愈合,疗效显著。Objective To explore the curative effect of resina draconis used on perianal ulce during bone marrow depression phase after leukemia chemotherapy. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 in each group, observation group： Clean up the affected area with saline water, and then applied resina draconis to affected area, 3 times a day; control group： treated with potassium permanganate bath, then used compound jiao cai acid ester suppository. The treatment effect and curative time of two groups were compared. Results The curative time of observation group were 7 days, but control group needed 12 days, there were statistical significances in anus mucosa redness, pain, seepage, etc of the two groups. Conclusion Used resina draconis for perianal ulcer during bone marrow depression phase after leukemia chemotherapy, swelling and pain could be effectively relieved, the results also shown that resina draconis could promote healing, and its curative effect is remarkable.
