摘　　要：城乡建设,作为南通近代化建设进程中的重要一环,具有系统性,这种系统性不仅体现在南通建设的综合统筹,而且彰显于南通城实业、教育、慈善等事业的规划,同时反映出乡村建设的近代化。Urban and rural construction is process in Nan tong, which is of systemic. one of the most important annulus This system is not only reflected in as the construction of modem the comprehensive planning of Nan tong construction, but also shown in Nantong city＇s industry, education, and charity career and so on. It is reflected in the modernization of rural construction.
