马鹿瘤胃瘘管安装及术后护理

摘　　要：安装瘤胃瘘管是研究反刍动物消化功能的重要手段,被广泛应用于科研和教学实践中。但马鹿不像牛、羊那样易于接近和可随意抚摸,因而对鹿制做瘤胃瘘管手术的相关报导极少。本实验在总结牛、羊瘤胃瘘管安装手术的基础上,通过对马鹿消化道解剖结构、生活习性的了解,在克服多种困难后,为5头雌性塔里木马鹿成功安装人工永久性瘤胃瘘管,通过30多天的护理,实验马鹿饮食状况和各项体征恢复正常,创面胶原纤维大量增殖,肉眼观察创面由粉红色变为较平整干燥的灰白色,创口愈合进入创伤改建过程。同时,观察可见瘤胃壁与皮肤愈合,腹壁各层粘结形成了人造瘤胃瘘,此时便可采集瘤胃液或给瘤胃投放营养素进行试验研究。Rumen fistula surgery is an important means for studying the digestive function of ruminant animal,has been widely used in scientific research and teaching practice. But the deer is not accessible and freely stroked as cows and sheep,thus the reports of rumen fistula operation on deer is rarely. In this experiment,based on the rumen fistula operation of cows and sheep,the gastrointestinal anatomical structure and life habit of Tarim Wapiti has been learned,5 female Tarim Wapiti were installedby permanentartificial rumen fistula to overcome many technical difficulties. duringthe 30- day care,the signs and dietary conditionsofdeer return to normal,Multiply wound collagen fiber,macroscopic observation wound changed from pink to flatter dry pale,wound healing into the reconstruction process of trauma. Simultaneously,observation with visible rumen wall skin healing,bond of abdominal layers at this point formed the artificial rumen fistula,then gastric juice were collected from rumen or nutrient was put into rumen for further researches.
