摘　　要：目的 建立神经根型颈椎病保守治疗的专家共识,旨在更好地服务于临床的非手术策略. 方法 建立一个由28名国内脊柱领域的专家团队,包括22名脊柱外科专家、3名理疗科专家和3名疼痛科专家,按照德尔菲法（Delphi）对目前临床上常见的神经根型颈椎病的保守治疗方法,经过多轮筛选和匿名投票,最终确定可用来指导临床的共识项目. 结果 经过两轮匿名投票,最终16项治疗措施被达成共识,8项治疗措施未达成共识. 结论 该16项共识可作为临床治疗神经根型颈椎病的参考,可依据该共识建立相应的流程和治疗策略.Objective To develop the experts consensus on the conservative therapy for cervical radiculopathy, in order to provide the non-operative strategies for clinical practice.Methods An expert panel composed of 22 spine surgeons, 3 physiotherapist and 3 pain management doctors from China was established.The final consensus on conservative therapy for cervical radiculopathy was developed by using the Delphi method after multiple rounds of screening and anonymous voting.Results The expert panel reached consensus on 16 interventions and did not reached consensus on 8 interventions after 2 rounds of anonymous voting.Conclusions The 16 recommendations for conservative treatment of cervical radiculopathy can be served as the reference in clinical practice.The corresponding process and treatment strategy can be developed according to the consensus.
