济宁学院大学生体育生活方式现状调查与分析

摘　　要：运用问卷调查和数理统计等方法对济宁学院大学生体育生活方式现状进行调查研究,从大学生体育健身意识、体育生活方式的具体表现、体育生活方式的影响因素等方面,对其体育生活方式的状况进行调查与研究,发现不同性别、专业、年级的大学生的体育生活方式存在着一定的差异,根据存在的问题提出相应的对策与建议,为培养大学生积极健康的体育生活方式,提高生活质量提供理论依据。In this paper, the author made an investigation of the present situation of college students＇sports li- festyle in Jining University by using the methods of questionnaire and statistics, from the sport consciousness, the manifestation of sports lifestyle, the influence factors of sports lifestyle of the present condition of college students＂ sports living way. It found that college students of different gender, professional, grade there is a cer- tain difference in sports lifestyle and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the present situation, to cultivate college students＇positive and healthy sports life style, provided the theoreti- cal basis to improve the quality of life.
