摘 要:【目的】观察优雅粗端叶蝉(Taurotettix elegans(Melichar))雌、雄成虫触角及其感器的形态、数量和分布,为叶蝉科(Cicadellidae)昆虫触角感器的系统研究提供参考。【方法】应用扫描电镜,系统观察优雅粗端叶蝉雌、雄成虫触角及其感器的类型、数量和分布。【结果】优雅粗端叶蝉雌、雄成虫触角结构相似,均呈刚毛状,包括柄节、梗节和鞭节3部分,其中柄节和梗节较粗短,其上分布有许多鱼鳞状突起;鞭节细长,由许多亚节组成。优雅粗端叶蝉成虫的触角感器分为4种类型,其中毛形感器(Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ)和锥形感器(Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ)主要位于梗节和鞭节基部,钟形感器(Ⅰ和Ⅱ)位于柄节和鞭节基部,腔锥形感器位于柄节基部。【结论】优雅粗端叶蝉触角鞭节上的各种感器分布具有一定的规律性,首次发现在其柄节上分布有腔锥形感器和钟形感器。【Objective】Morphology,distribution and abundance of antennal sensilla of leafhopper Taurotettix elegans(Melichar)(Hemiptera:Cicadellidae)were observed to provide basis for the systematic research of antennal sensilla of Cicadellidae.【Method】The ultra-morphology of antennae of T.elegans was examined by scanning electron microscope.【Result】Similar morphology and distribution were found between female and male.The antennae were bristle-like,consisting of scape,pedicel and flagellum.The scape and pedicel were short and wide,covered by numerous cuticular scales.The flagellum was very long and had many subunits.In general,four sensilla types were found on antennae:trichoid sensilla,campaniform sensilla,maxilla sensilla trichodea,and sensilla basiconica.Maxilla sensilla trichodea(StⅠ,StⅡ and StⅢ)and sensilla basiconica(SbⅠ,SbⅡ and SbⅢ)were on the antennal pedicel and flagellum base,sensilla campaniformia(ScaⅠ and ScaⅡ)was on antennal scape and flagellum base,while sensillum coeloconicum was on the base of scape.The external morphology,distribution,and abundance of sensilla located on antennae in T.elegans were also illustrated.【Conclusion】The distribution of each sensillum type on the antennal flagellum of T.elegans had certain pattern.Sensillum coeloconica(Sco)and Sensillum campaniformiaⅠ(ScaⅠ)were observed on scape for the first time.
