摘  要:以核桃青皮为试材,以核桃青皮粗多糖得率为响应值,在单因素试验的基础上,采用3因素3水平响应面分析法,研究超声提取因素对核桃青皮粗多糖得率的影响,确定核桃青皮粗多糖超声提取工艺。结果表明:核桃青皮超声最佳提取条件为超声功率比60%、提取时间30min、温度60℃,在该条件下核桃青皮粗多糖的提取得率为15.09%。Using walnut green husk as test material,taking the yield of walnut green husk polysaccharide as the response value,on the basis of single factor experiment,the effect of ultrasonic factors on crude polysaccharide from walnut green husk were designed by the response surface methodology with three factors and three levels to determined the optimum technology.The experimental results showed that walnut green husk ultrasonic power radio was 60%,the extraction time was 30 min and the extraction temperature was 60℃.Under the condition the yield of the crude polysaccharide from walnut green husk was 15.09%.
