流通创新提升农产品质量安全水平研究——以合肥市肉菜流通追溯体系和周谷堆农产品批发市场为例

摘　　要：本文结合安徽省合肥市周谷堆农产品批发市场和肉类蔬菜流通追溯体系的调研资料,探索流通创新提升农产品质量安全的机理。研究表明,农产品批发市场和大型超市主导的流通创新提升了"保质"、"保鲜"和传导功能,组织和技术层面的流通创新促进了农产品质量追溯体系的构建和运行效率的提升,而政府主导流通制度创新为农产品质量追溯体系提供了有力保障。This paper researches the function by circulation in agricultural products quality safety system,and explores innovative mechanisms to protect the quality and safety of agricultural products combined with the investigation from Hefei Zhougudui wholesale market for agricultural products and circulation traceability system. The results showed that Circulation innovation implemented by agricultural wholesale market and supermarket enhance the function of 'guarantee the quality','fresh'and transition,boost the Construction and operational efficiency of agricultural products traceability system and innovation of circulation system dominated by the government provide the guarantee for the agricultural products traceability system. On this basis,this article put forward the policy to speed up circulation innovation to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products.
