摘 要:目的 比较在经X线输卵管介入再通术中应用不同再通器材患者所接受的辐射剂量差异.方法 回顾性分析27例运用经X线输卵管介入再通术成功疏通输卵管的患者资料,将运用创新再通组件(专利号:ZI 2013 2 0033030.3)进行疏通的患者归为专利组,将运用传统再通器材疏通的患者归为对照组,比较2组疏通单侧输卵管所用的手术时间和患者术中的辐射剂量值.结果 归入专利组14例,成功疏通输卵管15条,疏通单侧输卵管所用的手术时间为(10.93±2.129) min,辐射剂量值为(30.197±10.180) mGy;归入对照组13例,成功疏通输卵管17条,疏通单侧输卵管所用的手术时间为(30.92±12.526) min,辐射剂量值为(86.814±31.179) mGy,专利组疏通单侧输卵管所用的手术时间及患者术中的辐射剂量值均明显小于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 经X线输卵管介入再通术是一种安全、方便、高效的治疗方案,创新的输卵管再通组件可以有效缩短手术时间,大大降低患者在介入治疗过程中接受的X线辐射剂量.Abstract:Objective To compare patients radiation doses of the fallopian tube interventional recanalization applied different recanalization equipment. Methods Clinical data of 27 cases whose fallopian tubes had been dredged successfully by the interventional recanalization were analyzed retrospectively. Cases of applying innovation recanalization component (Patent No. :ZL 2013 2 0033030. 3) were classified as patent group. Cases of using traditional recanalization equipment were classified as the control group. Operation time and radiation dose of dredging unilateral fallopian tube were compared between the two groups. Results For 14 cases of patent group, fallopian tubes (n= 15) were dredged successfully. The operation time was (10.93±2. 129) min, and the radiation dose was (30. 197±10. 180) mGy. For 13 cases of control group, fallopian tubes ( n= 17 )were dredged successfully. The operation time was ( 30.92±12.526) min, and the radiation dose was (86. 814±31. 179) mGy. Operation time and radiation dose on patent group were significantly less than that on control group(P〈0. 01). Conclusion X-ray fallopian tube recanalization is a safe,convenient,efficient treatment. The innovation of the fallopian tube recanalization component can effectively shorten operation time,and greatly reduce X-ray radiation dose.
