摘  要:目的:了解医疗机构放射诊疗管理现状。方法:将L市121家医疗机构作为调查研究对象,采用统一调查、现场调查等方式了解L市121家医疗机构X射线机基本情况、各级别医院X射线机能检测、放射工作人员、工作场所等放射诊疗管理现状。结果:X射线机性能检测完全符合的占61.5%;各级别医院X射线机能符合率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);各级医院《放射工作人员证》的持有情况、个人剂量监测、放射卫生知识培训率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各级医院机房大门、控制室门符合率检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各级医院机房面积及防护设施普遍较差,部分设备性能达不到相关要求。结论:L市X射线诊疗管理尚存在不足。Objective: To investigate the current situation of the management on radiological diagnosis. Methods: Adopting unified questionnaire and field investigation on 121 medical organizations in L city,it aimed to acquire basic condition of X-Ray machine,test on X-Ray machine function of different hospitals, relevant staff members and radiological diagnosis management condition. Result:61. 5% X-Ray machines were qualified according to performance monitoring. Difference of function ration of X-Ray machines of different hospitals were statistical significant( P〈0. 05); differences of radiology work license owners,personal dose monitoring,radiological health knowledge training rate were statically significant( P〈0. 05). The difference of pass rate of front gates and control room doors of different hospitals were statically significant( P〈0. 05). The machine room area and protection facilities were not up to standard. Conclusion: The management of radiological diagnosis in L city is far from satisfactory.
