行政区划调整对小城镇发展的负向影响——以湖南省华容县沿江乡镇为例

摘　　要：在"收缩城市"的理论视角下,以湖南省华容县沿江乡镇为实证案例,探讨了行政区划调整对乡镇衰退的影响。通过实地调研和访谈,发现行政区划合并之后,被撤并乡镇的衰退加剧,出现了类似西方国家的城镇萎缩问题:人口流出和老龄化现象并存;"空心镇"现象凸显;原有经济空间萧条。在此基础上,提出了衰退乡镇再发展的建议。Under the theoretical perspective of ＂shrinking cities＂, this essay takes the towns along Yangtze River of Huarong Townty of Hunan province for example to discuss the impact of administrative division adjustment on town declining. Through the spot investigation and interviews, it is found that after the merger of administrative divisions, merging towns declining is deepened, appearing similar shrinking question in western countries： outflow of population and aging phenomena coexist ; ＂ hollow town＂ phenomenon highlights ; original economic space shows depression. Finally, this essay gives recommendations for redevelopment of declining towns.
