摘　　要：运用基于模糊一致矩阵的决策优选方法,评估了南京市鼓楼区城市低保工作的绩效,揭示了低保工作存在的问题,如队伍建设不够完善、覆盖不够全面、低保金发放标准与经济发展水平不相适应。围绕能力建设、投入力度、救助方式等方面提出了相关对策建议。Using decision - making based on fuzzy consistent matrix method, this essay evaluates the performance of the region＇ s urban residents work of Gulou District of Nanjing City, and reveals its problems, such as imperfect team construction , insufficient coverage , mismatch between subsistence allowances and economic development level. According to the findings, this essay puts forward suggestions focused on capacity - building, low investment and diversification aid.
