摘 要:为改善浆体的泵送性差、易沉降,及利用有机增稠剂出现触变性不良等问题,研制一种以粉煤灰和硅藻土为骨料并添加硅铝酸盐类无机增稠剂的阻化浆体。采用NXS-11B型旋转黏度计测试浆体的黏度,考察浆体骨料的组分比例、浆体浓度、水灰比和温度对黏度的影响,对比黏度与剪切应力的变化关系,分析浆体的流动特性。结果表明:硅藻土能够改善粉煤灰浆体的悬浮性能,粉煤灰与硅藻土最佳比例为10∶3;增大浓度可以提高浆体黏度,提高水灰比和温度可以降低黏度;水性膨润土增稠流变剂具有良好的触变性能,其浓度为3%-4%,水灰比3∶1时,浆体流动性较好,有利于泵送。阻化浆体是具有剪切稀化特性的非牛顿流体。To solve the problem of poor pumpability,easy sedimentation and bad thixotropy of slurry for using organic thickener,a kind of inhibitor slurry,of which aggregates are fly ash,diatomite and aluminosilicate inorganic thickener,was developed. Effects of aggregate component ratio,density,water-cement ratio and temperature on viscosity of slurry were studied by means of NXS-11 B rotary viscosimeter. And slurry flow characteristics were analyzed by comparing the changes in viscosity and shear stress. The results show that diatomite can improve slurry suspension,the best proportion of fly ash to diatomite is 10∶ 3,that slurry viscosity increases with concentration increasing,and decreases with improving water-cement ratio or temperature,that bentonite thickener has a good thixotropy property,when thickener concentration is3%- 4%,water-cement ratio is 3∶ 1,slurry liguidity is better,which facilitates slurry pumping,and that slurry is non-Newtonian fluid with shear-thinning properties.
