摘  要:为简化危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析,需要建立一种基于模糊综合评价的石化装置HAZOP分析节点重要度评价方法。首先构建包括9个一级评价因素、3个二级评价因素的因素集和各评价因素的评价等级标准,用层次分析法(AHP)确定各评价因素的相对权重;然后建立因素集与评价集之间的隶属度函数;最后根据二级模糊综合评价结果获得节点重要度等级。以某石化加氢裂化装置(28个节点)为分析实例,得到了装置中所有节点的重要度量化评价等级,非常重要的节点为6个、重要的节点为13个、一般节点为9个;结果符合装置安全管理的二八定律,验证了所建立的方法的有效性。The work was aimed at working out a HAZOP node importance evaluation approach based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for petrochemical plant in order that HAZOP analysis can be simplified.Firstly,a factor set including nine evaluation factors at the 1stlevel and three evaluation factors at the 2nd level was built. Evaluation grading level criteria for the factors were established. AHP was used to determine relative weighs of all evaluation factors. Then,membership functions were constructed for the factor sets. Finally,based on two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results importance grades of the nodes were obtained. An application of the evaluation approach to a hydrocracking plant having 28 nodes was performed. Evaluation results show that 6 of the nodes are of the very important grade,13 of the important grade,and 9 of the general grade,which conforms with the 20 /80 rule of the plant safety management so that the approach is effective.
